Are you W-2 or 1099?
All of our Loan Officers are W-2 employees. We handle payroll, taxes, and compliance so you can focus on originating.
What states are you licensed in?
Colorado and Florida today, with active licensing in additional states as we hire. If you bring a license we don't have yet, we'll add it.
Do you provide leads?
Tayton Capital is a relationship-based shop — our LOs build their business through referrals, Realtor partnerships, and their personal sphere. We provide the marketing tools, tech stack, and operational support to help you grow that book; we don't hand out company leads.
How is this different from a big retail shop?
